
My sister has this recipe on her blog and we absolutely love it. I added cumin to the mix and it was fabulous.
3 pts for one 4-4 1/2oz chicken breast
2 1/2 Tbs Paprika
2 Tbs Garlic Powder
1 Tbs Salt
1 Tbs Black Pepper
1 Tbs Thyme
1 Tbs Cayenne
1 Tbs Onion Powder
1 Tbs Cumin
Mix in an airtight container or zip lock baggie. This makes a lot so you can use it for future use.
Rise off chicken. If chicken is extremely thick you may pound it out to your desired thickness. Use the mixture of spices and rub it on both sides of the chicken (I coat my chicken generously). Spray non-stick pan with cooking spray. Cook chicken on both sides about 7 min or until chicken is cooked through. Serve on a bed of lettuce with your favorite low fat dressing or with Alfredo pasta.

I served it with pasta the first night, we had left over chicken and I ate it for lunch with a mix of lettuce and spinach. I had it with a low fat dressing that was okay. I am looking for another dressing that will compliment the chicken. It is so yummy!!! Thanks for the recipe.

Made it... LOVED it! I served it over zucchini noodles with a light alfredo sauce. It was fantastic!
