Deluxe Raspberry Banana Smoothie

This delicious and healthy smoothie is filling and refreshing. A perfect breakfast that not only gets in a lot of fruit, but also has wheat germ which is high in fiber and protein.

Makes 1 serving. 5 pts

1/2 C frozen raspberries
1 small banana or 1/2 large banana
2/3 C unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 C ice
2 Tbs plain low-fat yogurt
3 tsp wheat germ
1 tsp honey

Place all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
