1 egg 1 egg white 2 slices of bread 1 Tbs light Mayo
Fry egg in cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper. Toast bread and spread mayo on one or both pieces of toast. Sandwich egg between toast and enjoy.
You posted a ton of yummy recipes! Where do you get your pictures from--it all looks scrumptious! I need to try the peanut butter rolls and the smoothies! I guess I better get my blender fixed!
