I found this recipe at www.medicinenet.com and made them just yesterday. They are light, fluffy and just the right size. These will definitely get you your chocolate fix without the guilt.

Makes 24
* 18oz box devils food cake mix
* 1 1/3 C water
*1/2 C fat free sour cream
* 5 large egg whites (or 3/4 c substitute)
* 1/4 C powdered sugar
Beat cake mix with water, sour cream and egg whites in a medium sized bowl for 30 sec. on low. Increase the speed to medium and beat 2 min. scraping the bowl occasionally. Divide batter into lined cupcake pan. (You must line your pan. These babies are so low in fat that they will stick to your pan if you just spray it.) Bake 17 min. at 350 or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Dust with powdered sugar and let cool. Enjoy!!!
